Orlando Tourneys (orlandotourneys.com) is a free, independent calendar of sports tournaments in Orlando & Central Florida. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information you send us

When you use our contact or tournament submission forms, we receive what you type (such as your name, email, phone and message). Forms are delivered to our inbox through a third-party form service (FormSubmit). We use this information only to reply to you and to review listings. We do not sell it.

If you sign up for our email, we store your email address with our newsletter provider to send you the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies, analytics and ads

Our site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance. We may use privacy-friendly analytics and, in the future, advertising services such as Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. We will update this page when ad or analytics services are added.

Affiliate and sponsored links

Some links are sponsored or affiliate links (for example BizzyStitchn, Printful or hotel links). Those sites have their own privacy policies. Hotel maps and hotel links are provided by Stay22 (stay22.com). If you book through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and Stay22 and the booking site it sends you to may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. See our disclosure.

Children

The site is meant for parents, coaches and organizers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
